Meet Tiffany
Born and raised in Texas, Tiffany graduated in 2010 from UTSA with her interior design degree and met the love of her life, Jarret, in Houston. She married in 2011 and is a devoted mother to two beautiful children. In 2014, Tiffany started assisting her husband with office work, which turned from a small side hustle to a 10-agent financial service company. Although working together is great, Tiffany needed a creative outlet. Her personal trainer suggested trying a Pilates class. That’s when she found her creative path. She received her certification after four months of rigorous Peak Pilates training and countless hours of personal and teaching sessions. Pilates has transformed Tiffany’s life, enhancing her strength, stamina, stability, stretch, and, most of all, her confidence.
When Tiffany reflects on her journey, she always says, “This was not my path, but the path God is taking me on.” Her mission is to share her love for Pilates and her passion for the Lord with everyone she meets, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.
What does Somameta mean? Soma is the Greek word that means body. In 1 Corinthians 12:27, it says Now you are the “body” of Christ and individually members of it. Meta comes from the Greek word metamorfosi, meaning transformation. Romans 12:2 says Do not be conformed to this world but be “transformed” by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what the will of God is, what is good, acceptable and perfect. At Somameta, we are a body-transforming studio, Revealing our inner spirit, Renewing our minds, and Rebuilding our bodies.
Outside of the studio, she enjoys playing golf and cherishes the time she spends with her family, extended family, and friends, which is a testament to her commitment to a balanced and fulfilling life.
